How to get Koreader to display edge-to-edge image?
After trying a lot of epub reader apps, there's nothing else I like more than Koreader, but I have one issue with it. I can't get full-page images to show up like they do in Neoreader, Onyx Boox's built-in reader, as well as in Moon Reader+. Even with images that has width & height at 100%, and at individual pages with 0 margin/padding specified by css.
Here's a pic showing what I mean, v2020.06 on Nova Pro. ![]() Does anyone know a way (through settings or user style tweaks) to get Koreader to display the images edge-to-edge like the other apps mentioned? |

IIRC, not in-book, no. @poire-z will probably chime in with the actual gory details. And even if it did, you'd need horizontal margins set to 0 in the bottom menu, too. (Or possibly *negative* margins in the stylesheet, I don't recall if we support that, but I vaguely recall this having been discussed earlier here or on GH).
A long-press on the image *will* open it in the ImageViewer widget, though, and *that* is full-screen. That said, if the intent is mainly viewing images, a CBZ is the way to go (as in, Comics/Mangas as ePub are a terrible idea). Last edited by NiLuJe; 07-08-2020 at 02:32 AM. |

Thanks for replying, @NiLuJe. Kind of a bummer, but it's a tiny little (like 4mm tiny) gripe compared to major gripes with other apps, so I'll bear with it. A long press would take me out of the book, so that's not quite what I'm looking for.
I did manage to get a somewhat non-elegant tweak with negative margins working for the left and right edges though, but it depends on my default settings and books using specific classes. The same method goes bonkers with margin-top, and I don't intend on messing with the bottom. |
