Kindle connectivity with iPad Pro

So, for S&Gs, I decided to plug my Kindle Oasis 3 into the USB C port of my iPad Pro. Not only does it charge (great if I’m on the move), but the Kindle drive contents are accessible from the “files” app. You can download and sideload books, add fonts, etc. I think this could be helpful for some users, especially those who don’t have immediate access to a PC.

I guess it also means that you can store books on iCloud, and sideload them directly when needed.

Now, if only someone would develop Calibre for IOS!!

Always worked with ALL eReaders with ANY version of Android where the port supported USB2go.
I've downloaded ebooks on my oldest Android phone, a Sony-Ericsson and transferred to Kindle.
Really a laptop is better than iOS or Android tablets for any application like Calibre (Mac OS, Windows or Linux). The iOS and Android are too limited in comparison. Also many tablets have too small a screen. You do know that iOS has only 15% approx of the phone/tablet market and thus Android would be a first choice.

Calibre Companion works on iOS and Android.
