Microphone for Max 2 Pro

Hello everybody!

I am preparing lectures with a Max 2 Pro.
I use ADV Screen Recorder.

Unfortunately the microphone works extremely bad.

Anybody knows how to configure the internal microphone?
And how to use an external microphone connected via jack or bluetooth?

It seems nobody has any advice.

I wrote Onyx Support and they asked me to write the seller.
Ridiculous!
I have replied insisting.
Let's see if they are able to gather some information.

its the same with the mic on my nova2, there is no configuration in the system,
either it works or it just doesn't

i wrote to onyx and also used the new inbuild feeback function, no support !

I will exchange my device and see if the new one have a working mic

The support of Onyx told me that both adjusting the setting of the internal microphone or connecting to an external microphone are impossible.

I doubt this is true. I guess the support doesn't know and says it's impossible.

Pretty bad.
