How can I read my books left-aligned using the standard reading application of the Nova2?

We read faster with left align because all spaces have the same width. This was studied by scientists. Also, your brain is less tired of reading because it makes less effort to adapt.

On Boox, I switched to Moonreader.

I reported this problem way back in April 2019. What a waste of money that was. I then bought a Kobo and have never looked back.
