1/ At @Kobo we are doing our part to help you #stayhomeandread -> our teams have been working around the clock to assemble free and discounted ebooks, audiobooks & great reads for kids. Read on to see what we are doing in the various countries impacted by #COVID19



2/ Note that prices/titles may look a little strange unless you’re in the right country. Each list is a mix of free, discounted & regular-priced (some are just great reads we think you might like). Our goal is to keep reaching out to publishers and updating as often as possible.


3/ Before we start - around the world, I have been so impressed by publishers, who are often initiating these discussions and have been so responsive and helpful as we work together, even while working from home & dealing with extreme difficulty in their print businesses.

It's the last book of a series. So they get you to buy the first book because you own the last. Not cool.

*shrug* I like Armstrong, although I haven't bought any of her stuff in a while. If I decide to get this series, I would most likely be getting all three anyways, and this way I have one for free.

And if I don't get the series... well, it's not like this book is taking up a huge amount of space...

Most of the "freebies" in the Canada store appeared to be YA reads, or (as mentioned above) the last in a series...

I also recalled at one point I was supposed to have a credit towards my "first" Kobo purchase, which was still valid when I checked it several months ago. Now I can't find it and maybe they don't offer that any more, but if I "order" these freebies, I have a feeling that will definitely be an end to that possibility. I didn't end up bothering with any as nothing particularly appealed to me. Hopefully some other folks will enjoy though!

I ordered the FREE Audio books they said Nothing about people in the US getting Only the eBooks Sucks now I cant even Delete them!
