Question Book first page (cover) is resized to be as wide as possible

Hello!
Recently I decided to try Calibre as I heard a lot of good reviews about it, but found it very problematic to set up a viewer for comfortable book reading.
The main issue is that my .fb2 first page which is also book cover is being resized to take as much width as it can so when I'm maximizing the viewer window it starts to look real ugly.

How do I disable this automatic resizing and keep proper size of the first page (and probably all the other pages) for my books?
I tried disabling "Resize images larger than the viewer window (needs restart)", but it didn't change anything.

Where did this eBook come from? There's no way to fix your cover in your FB2 eBook.

I found it on the internet. The book is said to be built from a physical version of the book using OCR.

When I open the book in MuPDF it's shown just right so I thought I could make it look good in Calibre.

Is this eBook one that you should have paid for or is it a legitimate free eBook?
