K4 Hack to hide books that are in a collection, but still sort by most recent?

Hello!

I have a jailbroken Kindle 4 NT and want to either:
a) hide books in the collections while sorting by most recent
or
b) unpin created collections from the top of the screen when sorting by collections
Is such a tool available?

Not that I know of, the K4 was still using the flatfile collection format, and there was no hiding mechanisms of any kind, IIRC.

I, err, don't get b/, since you're sorting by collection and want that to *not* show collections?

(Spoiler alert: not gonna happen anyway, but, still confusing ^^).

Well, my twisted logic about b) is that when you sort by collections, books included in one get hidden. So if I can unpin said collections from the top the sorting will be the same as in a). I figured it might be impossible, considering that it's an older device and that googling for about an hour didn't come up with anything.
