During a google search I ran into his publishing site. http://modernevil.com/
Works appear to be Fantasy, Fiction and Poetry. He has most of his work available for download for free under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported License. As a plus, it's not just your typical PDF site, he has actual eBook formats;

plaintext (.txt), rich text (.rtf), HTML, PDF, Printable PDF, mobi, .epub, kindle

He also has this as an open request "If you convert the book into another format (or a better-looking version of any of the following; I don’t have an eReader or kindle or such to test them, so they might not be … quite right…), please email me a copy or leave a comment with a link, and I’ll add it to the list below and give you credit."

I'm going to put one of his books on my -to read- list, and hope I like it cause so far I like the way he is handling things. And I wouldn't mind supporting an author like that.
