Disabling hand touch while in PDF file

I use my Note Pro to write comments on PDF files using the stylus.

The problem is that very often, when I rest the side of my hand on the surface of the screen while I get ready to write with the stylus the Pro will page up or down.

Is there a way to disable page up and down and enable only the stylus while in a PDF file?

That would be really great.

Thank you

Device: More than I need, but not as many as I would like.
In the NeoReader, the native reading app, go into Settings and then select Global Settings. Check the box which says something like Enable System Status Bar.

With the System Status Bar visible in NeoReader, just tap on the hand icon to disable touch. When you want to re-enable touch, just tap on that icon again. Very easy to do. I make use of it quite regularly. The only downside is that it eats up a bit of your screen real estate.

What I do is in NeoReader, open the Settings -> Touch Settings. Then I created a Custom Mode where I made every box except the middle “empty” so it has no function (the middle is used to open the menus). You can still swipe across the screen with your finger to turn pages, but it won’t detect your palm and turn the page when you try to write.
