Rating-template and saving to Disk

Hi.

I have a couple of questions.

1) First of all, Can i create a template for a custom column build from other that would show stars based on a number in a different column? and how would that template look?

Example:

#site_favorite: 0-25 = no stars
26-50 = ½ star

and so forth?

2) Can anyone tell me how to combine these two save to disk templates:

{#fandoms:re(:, )}/{#story_id}/{#story_id}
{#fandoms:re(§,&)}/{#story_id}/{#story_id}

I've tried several times but without any luck.
