Cannot connect to Calibre-Server with CC

Hi,

I'm having an issue connecting through to Calibre-Server (running on Ubuntu) from CC on both an iPhone and iPad. If I set my server up with no user I'm able to connect through without any issue to my Calibre library. However when I have a user account setup CC finds the server without a problem and prompts for username and password but the 'OK' button is greyed out and does not let you accept the entered details?? I can connect without an issue to the Calibre-Server via Safari when prompted for username/password.

I'm running version 4 of Calibre.

Any idea why the 'OK' button may be greyed out would be greatly received as I've reinstalled the app and rebuilt the Calibre-server setup but still the issue exists.
