Send CBx to Android not working

Send CBZ to android machine not working for me...
Plugin is configured for CBZ and CBR.
Calibre can send epub/PDF to Android device but CBZ doesn't show in the list to send (send to device a specific format).
2 devices... Android 8.1.0 BQ phone and Android 5.1 ASUS Tablet

Note: different CBZ files, files are ok (device can read it if I send it directly)

I tested again, even with Calibre Portable new install and the issue is confirmed on my end:
Calibre can't send to an Android device a CBZ or CBR files using the Send to device / Send specific format.

Situation:
- If book with PDF and CBZ file = Using the "Send to device - Send specific format" = No error given, the file simple do not show in the menu to send file to (just the PDF format)
- If book with just CBZ / CBR format = Using the main "Send to device" = Calibre will ask to convert to epub
- PDF or epub files are sent fine!
- CBZ and CBR files are ok (device can read it if I send it directly using the file manager from my computer)
- Files are different, no copyright material, sizes under 100 MB, Plenty of space in device!
- Using Calibre 4.2 (and Calibre portable 4) in Windows 10 Machine
- No send to device template, no plugboard
- Tested with 2 devices: Android 8.1.0 BQ Aquaris V (smartphone) and Android 5.0.2 ASUS (Tablet)

I now request others to confirm this behavior so a Bug report could be created (or tell me where am I wrong!!)

1) You are REconfiguring it in the wrong place. Plugins is for NEW defaults.

Connect your device: Now right-click the target device (there may be also a card device) icon: configure.

This one trips up most of us. I discovered how it (previously connected) basically worked while backing up my settings. There are (1 for each device you have CONNECTED) all these device_drivers_MFGRSNAME.py and their .json files there
(I really don't recommend you do anything with those other than BACKUP)
