Noob Question: How do you restart the Kobo?

A real noob question, but how do you restart the Kobo reader? On the Kindles it's a menu item. I can't find a way to do it with my Libra, except for signing out of the Kobo account, but that seems a bit radical (and installed a firmware update while doing it... now I have to install my patches, dictionary, screensavers etc. all over again. Grrr.)

On my Glo HD, I hold the power button for ~5 seconds, wait for it to power down, and than hold again to turn it on.

Hold the power button down for a few seconds it’ll shut off the Kobo wait a few seconds push the power button again.

There is no way in the software to trigger a benign restart AFAIK.
