Brightness A paranormal story mixing science, medicine, and religion
Just finished Brightness by Rob Horner.
Rob Horner’s book is a well written paranormal story mixing science, medicine, and religion while keeping the reader on the edge of their seat. I found myself wanting to know what would happen next and finished reading the book in a day. The protagonist, Michael Richards is a married, father to three very young precocious daughters as well as a fulltime emergency room nurse. He and his wife are faced with medical events that no parent wants to happen. As he searches for answers for a daughter with a medical affliction, he and his family are confronted with more mysteries and concerns. As a reader, you will find yourself rooting for Michael and his family to find a cure, to understand what is happening. You will also find it is a difficult book to put down. |
