how long till a new Forma goes from fully charged to 1% battery on sleep? Let's say that WiFi & sync & auto-update/sync are disabled.

I don't own a Forma, so I can't answer your question directly. But if you don't mind a comparison, I have a Nook Simple Touch with Glowlight that I bought back in 2012. It sits in a drawer now, unused. But I still charge it. It can sit in the drawer for three+ weeks without dying.

You’re really making a mountain out of an ants poop with this concern over the battery drain.

I recently found my old Aura H20 in a drawer. I have no idea how long it’s been sitting there but it’s beyond Spring of this year for sure. It had shut off to save itself but turned on easily with a push of the button.

Unless you plan on going for incredible amounts of time just leave it on in sleep mode.

Just curious, but why don't you turn the Glowlight off if you aren't using it?
