Extinction of Species
Before uploading epub version of book I validated epub 3.0 version and 12 error messages were "Fragment identifier is not defined" (6 toc and 6 target links/bookmarks). However, all bookmarks identify fragments with hashtag #. I have had this problem on all uploads of this book but not on earlier books. Can you think of some reasons for this problem?
