Perfect test of purchasing

I have had my reader for a couple of weeks now and am loving it. I was absolutely distraught when I found the switch broken and had to replace it. No matter, that is in the past.

Until now, I haven't bought any books. I have downloaded a number of free books and have been reading them.

So, having been browsing Waterstones to see if there had been any reduction on a specific book I want (only seems to be available in Waterstones or WHSmith and waterstones is the cheaper of the 2 - Tom Holt - The Better Mousetrap).

No Such luck.

What I did find was a number of books for a penny. Well, no better time to test the purchase of a book.

I found 1 book that I thought I might like due to having enjoyed the film (Millions) a second book by the same author and a third which the title grabbed me. All 3 are childrens books but, I enjoyed Harry Potter and His Dark Materials, so why not - it's not like I am forking out a lot of money - actually no money at all. I used 3p of points from my reward card - even better!!

So, I have now found that the whole process is rather painless. I have even transfered the said books to Calibre.

I am very happy
