Archives Facility for news fetch

Do we have an archive facility for the newspapers?

In particular, I want it for The Hindu, The Indian Express.
At least we can keep it for last one month or weekly.

Run the downloads everyday and you will build up your own archive.

I m already doing what you suggested. But I have an issue.

Let's say for a day or two I didn't open Calibre, in that case, those day's newspapers are missed. Can we do something for that: Like even if we open it on the third day, it first downloads the missed days(as part of the schedule).

or/and

It can give the option to download the older edition for the scheduled one, (at least a week's back).

no not realy for there to be a solution to that, a calibre server somewhere would have to store and distribute the results of news fetching which would be a copyright violation.

As fr downloading previous days editions, it depends on the news source. If there is a way to get the list of articles for the previous day, then you can easily modify the recipe to do that.
