Conversion guide?
I'm looking to convert a few txt files that I have to LRF.

Is there a guide how to create an html file (from txt) so it will convert beautifully to LRF by Calibre? Stuff like page break after each chapter, and also after the main title. Linkable TOC, and.. Well that's pretty much it.
