How Do I Add Support files for e-books?
I have many programming e-books that came with zip or tar.gz archives of support files such as short videos and source code. How can I link these to a book so I can download these files through Calibre from the book's page?

Any one of:
  1. Drag-Drop the file onto the Book Details panel - usually on the left with the cover.
  2. Ctrl+V the file in file manager then use Add Book->Add files to selected book records from clipboard (Alt+Shift+A)
  3. Use Add Book->Add files to selected book records (Alt+A), browse to file
