Additional book materials help!!!
How do I attach additional files (besides the book itself) to Calibre? For Instance I have books in e-book and audio format. Or I have a n e-book, that comes with additional bonus material such as: examples, templates, etc. Why isn't there a column option for additional files? I would really appreciate some input.
