Question Can someone explain to me how to access reflow?

The manual isn't clear on what button I have to push to get to it. Thanks.

When you have the document or ebook open in Neoreader (v2 or v3), you need to get the Menu open. So on my Max 2 I have a physical Menu button, I press that and depending on the neoreader 2 or 3 (I have both versions installed on mine), there is an option for Reflow. If you don't have a physical menu button tap on the document/ebook to get the Menu option (usually on the top of the document). There are some videos on youtube (look for Max2 pro or Onyx boox for reading) but not detailed enough.

Okay, I have a Max 2 Pro. I presume the "physical menu button" you are referring to is the one in the lower left corner. Now when I press it, there is nothing labelled "reflow." Crop, zoom, notes, etc, yes, but no reflow.

Also, when viewing pdfs there is no menu option at the top of the document. For epubs and mobis, there is a menu but no mention of reflow.

Also, how do I determine which neoreader I have? How do I add one? Thanks.

@razormd
If you have firmware 2.1.1 (or I think even 2.1) you will have Neoreader 3.0. You can determine the firmware version from Settings>About (Version).

Reflow is not available for many file formats and pdf files which are scanned book images.

Anyway if you have Neoreader 3.0, press the menu button on your Max 2 (Botton LHS, as you mentioned previously). You will see menu options at the bottom of the screen, TOC, Progress, Format, Navigation mode, sidenote. Select the "Format" option by tapping on it, this will bring up Display, Contrast, Reflow, and then select "Reflow".

The reflow option isn't always available as it depends on whether the reader can handle the file (not just file format, resolution). For example, pdf which comprise of scanned images may not have Reflow option. Currently I can't see the reflow option for epub files either.
