Uploading from Calibre

Hi, I converted a manuscript to Mobi using Calibre in order to self-publish to Amazon Kindle. I have no idea how to upload it to Amazon. I don't know how to save the file into a folder outside of the Calibre library either. Does anyone know how to do these things? Thanks.

select the book in calibre and click the save to disk button to save it somewhere.

Thanks. Saving it to a folder enabled me to email it to my Kindle as well, without having to create the GMX account that I saw recommended elsewhere. Everything seems to be working. Thanks! Amy
