Hello from Oklahoma

I've just finished writing a book in LibreOffice, which I'd like to self publish as an Amazon Kindle book and also as a paperback. When I went to kdp to try to do this, they had instructions only for ms word. So I guess I need to convert the file from libreoffice to msword? or would epub work? I'd appreciate advice from anyone who's had a similar experience. Thanks! /Lynne
