Problem with paperwhite 4

the touch is acting weird

after maybe an hour or half an hour ,there is random page forward and a ward in the middle of the screen is highlighted

and then there is no response from the device except for changing font size by one finger

and the only way to recover is by closing the screen by the button for a couple of minutes ,a few minutes later it repeats


and then after a while it just stops ,and work normally

Reboot it. Press and hold the power button for a full 30 seconds, ignoring any screen prompts. Set it down and wait while it reboots.

That usually clears up odd behavior.

the odd behavior was on the rest screens as well

I Have this issue as well....rebooted and still occurred. May reset and see if that helps

you should get a replacement
they offered for me ,but i'm in egypt and couldn't get it

I'm in Singapore and they offered the same.......I will see if I can deal with it (annoying as it is) until I can buy another one.
