The Firmware is 5.9.6.1 (3314460001)
I entered it by {Reboot or Disable Diags => Exit to login prompt}

Python printed that the password is fiona078

That password is only for the "Diags" system, or at least it used to be.
It is always possible that someone changed it, or file system errors have occurred.
So also tell us what/why you are trying to enter the "Diags" system.
That might also have an effect. (It is dual boot - but with a single storage system).

Are you trying to enter via Wifi or the USB cable?

Have you previously installed our USBnet?
To which system? The "main" system, the "diags" system, or both.

I want to jailbreak it.It have not been jailbroken.
I entered the system via serial.It is the diags system.
The Firmware is 5.9.6.1 (3314460001)

Check what kindletool info has to say about root passwords for your device, most (if not all) third-party utilities are outdated in that respect.
