What Kobo reader should I buy?

Here are my list of criterion for what I want:
1. Must be able to export annotations (and notes) onto my computer.
2. Must be able to use the built-in dictionary for any Kindle books I want to export onto it (they are all AZW file format).
3. This one is slightly optional, but I heard PDFs can't use the dictionary. Would like a workaround for this.

I'm not sure how customization works or how it affects the different readers so I am asking here.

Sorry, I don't know how to find the notes in a Kobo. Using the dictionary for books originally purchased at Amazon shouldn't be a problem — except maybe with the first Kobos (original and Wireless). I don't see how it would ever be possible to use the the dictionary with a non-flowing PDF document (which is a set of images). Sorry I can't answer these questions any better, I'm guessing someone who has used Kobos a lot longer than I have will be able to give you much better information.

I'm pretty sure I can export annotations (not notes sorry) based on what I've read, so I should be good to go. Gonna pounce on the Forma if I can. That is, if I can get an answer about the Onyx Boox Note: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...80#post3793680 I really would like to compare.
