Merging Calibre Libraries

I moved my library to a new computer a while back.

I was tidying up my old computer and just before deleting my old library I noticed that there are about 100 books in the old library not in my new one. Likewise there are new books in my new library not in my old one. Presumably the backup that I used to transfer the library to my new pc was not up-to date. I don't know if there are any tweaks to other areas of either library (eg tweaked tags etc).

There are aout 2200 common books in the libraries.

Can anyone advise the most painless way to merge the libraries?

I could live with losing metadata updates if just copying the books somehow is the least work.

Preferences: Adding Books: Adding Actions: Auto-merge is a main one, but look over other settings
