Colored view by rating

Before calibre i used excel to write and rate my favorite series. Can i do something like in the image.

Give a rating (custom columm not star version ) to a book and it automaticly change the color of that line.

And look into the "add advanced rule" option
To do what i need is an option to change backround color and a command like...

if the " *** " column "is between " values "9" and "10"

you can only change foreground colors, not background ones, other than that you should be fine.
