Question All books on device view disappeared except one

I dont know what I accidentally pressed all books there in computer folder and on dropbox but device view shows only one book

Are you looking at a Virtual Library view (look at the left side of search box)

Question All books on device view disappeared except one

I think I accidentally clicked eject device. That's why except one book rest not showing on device how do i link it again to dropbox as device?
Also How can I embed metadata in a epub book directly. There is supposed to be a way to do it but i cant see it:

How do I link Dropbox back as my device. SInce it is ejected?
