Glo HD My Glo HD is dead.

I bought my Glo HD when it was released.
Last Sunday, there was error to read book.
So I tried turn off and on.
But it is not turning on again.
So I want to ask this to forum members who is expert for this device.
Is there any way I can try?
If you know something, please let me know.

Exactly what to do depends on what is happening. So:

- Does anything happen when you try to turn it on?
- Does the light under the switch do anything?
- Does the screen flash? Does the frontlight come on?

But, the things to try are:

- Charge the device. It doesn't matter what you think the charge level was before, just assume that something has run the battery down.
- Hold the power button down for about 20 seconds. Release it and turn it on again.

After that, it depends on what is happening. A factory reset might be needed. Or you might need to restore an image to the internal SD card.

I tried it but nothing happens.
I believe there is some H/W problem.
I was happy with Kobo, but maybe I need to find another one.

If it makes you feel any better mine is a brick too. This is my second kobo to die and I'm seriously thinking I shouldn't buy another. Are you going to buy another Kobo?
