Split screen / multi-window
I think the matter of using the "split screen / multi-window" function is still pending?

I do not remember Onyx having re-enabled it.

The preliminary search reminded me of having found in the past that it can be enabled through modification of /system/build.prop , which should enable the
Settings > Developer Options > (chapter) Drawing > Multi-window
interface.

Some people have rooted the device (Max2 or Note), which enables changing those /system/build.prop configurations. Has anybody tried enabling?

I didn't even know it have it in the past or I would have tried to enable it the very first thing after root.

I'll try to do it later today or tomorrow and I'll report back

heads up, I tried it but it doesn't work at all.

When I open the app manager and I tap on the multi window icon it just doesn't do anything, the popup that should appear to ask the layout it just doesn't.
