Max Carta Bottons Stuck On Audio +/- Volume

Hi,

for some reason for some time the two < and > buttons are stuck on upping or downing the audio volume. (Without me hearing any audio, which seems not to work. [I don't care about that].)

So that when I want to go to a next page in a book and press the right button for example, instead of getting the next page, a small black panel appears showing the current audio level on a bar, and then pressing one of the two buttons again, the line in the bar enlarges or shortens to the left or right depending on which of the two buttons I press.

I can now only move to another page by tapping on the page number in the down corner and then choose another page in another panel that then has appeared.

Anyone know how to change that back to normal? (Next or previous page.)

Also, in case it would be possible to fix this using reset with a pin, would that wipe out all the books on it?

Last evening I asked assistance from the technical team. Soon Yury Lebedev, ONYX BOOX technical support assistant, replied that resetting would not affect my documents on it.
So I reset the device, and the problem is solved.
