Hi from Mexico City
Hello everyone!

I'm an absolute newbie from Mexico City who uses the Sony Reader 505 (not sold in Mexico BTW) mainly to read PDFs, specially the sort that have double column layout, illustrations and lotsa weird chemical and mathematical symbols. I haven't gathered the courage to hack my device but I did upgrade the firmware to 1.1.00.18040 and I'm not too happy with the results.

Oh, I also use the sony PSP for reading PDFs. I _did_ hack that one and use both "Bookr" and "PSPpdf" to my reading in the PSP (I have the oldish "phat" model).

Be sure to check out some of the ebooks here. The formatting should be better than your pdfs.
