Calibre 4-level table of contents

Hello,

I want to make a 4-level table of contents. By default, Calibre shows only three fields : Level 1 TOC : //h:h1 - Level 2 TOC : //h:h2 - Level 3 TOC : //h:h3.

How is it possible to make "Level 4 TOC" appear ?
