Where is the ScribbleBar?

I've bought a note recently, and I've been going through the manual. It says on page 48, that there is supposed to be a "ScribbleBar" in Scribbler mode, when in Neoreader. But I cannot find it. Can anyone point me to it?

I think that’s just the bar at the bottom of the screen that allows you to pick between shapes, pen thicknesses, and so on.
