To make it easier for those who do not read Japanese, could you please supply more information.

When you purchase and download the manga, does it need a specialized app? If so, then your chances of being able to convert the file are very small.

If not, what format is it in? Generally, the file name extension such as CBR, CBZ, epub, viz, etc. will give you that information.

Is there DRM applied?

What format do you want to convert to?

There is a web version and a dedicated downloaded application
The app has smart phone, PC and MAC
Log in using WEB browser such as IE and browse for WEB version
Since the application does not have an idea of the download folder, I do not know the extension
It is not made public so as not to make backups and other copies
I think that DRM is probably also being set up

calibre can only convert DRM free ebooks in one of the formats listed here: https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq...ersion-to-from

If you cannot get hold of a DRM free file in one of those formats, you aren't going to be able to convert it with calibre.
