Long time Kobo user from Canada with my trusty Kobo Touch. I dropped it in a bath full of water earlier this year and still managed to get it working again... Sadly a factory reset yesterday seems to have ruined it! Kobo helpdesk told me all is lost but I'm hopeful something can be done - hate the idea of throwing out a device that was working fine before :-(
