Want Calibre to Recogize Tablet via Bluetooth
I have Calibre on my W10 PC. I want to Send Books to my new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 via Bluetooth (un-tethered).

Is there any way to teach Calibre that I have a bluetooth connected device so I can send a book to my tablet via bluetooth?

No not really, calibre has no support for bluetooth. Why dont you just use a notrmal wifi connection on your tablet. Then you can use either the calibre content server or an app like calibre companion.
