Parsing Failed: Namespace Prefix pub for type on nav is not defined

I am trying to edit/ process my pub for iBooks and I am seeing the following error.

Parsing Failed: Namespace Prefix pub for type on nav is not defined

I am not sure how to fix it. Can anyone help?

Find pub:type and replace it with epub:type

I made that change, but now I am getting Error ITMS-900 "No OPF XML" at Book/Book Assets

and

Error ITMS-900 "Unable to parse Nav File: toc.xhtml" at Books/BookAssets

These are all basic EPUB2/3 questions, which belong in the (MR) formats section.
Calibre is the tool you are using. Those errors exist, regardless of the tool used to edit.
