when i rename book title, it get Fail to set data
when i rename book title, it get Fail to set data.

i have not been using calibre for awhile and just download the latest version.

calibre, version 3.18.0
ERROR: Failed to set data: Could not set data, click Show Details to see why.

The file (book) is open somewhere. Probably still up in the Viewer (or external viewer) or editor.

Close all uses before rename.
