PDF to Word

Hi,
I have a pdf that has a vertical line on the Right Hand Side margin for each ODD page and a Vertical Line on the Left Hand Side margin for each EVEN page. Notes are inserted on each page in the margins. Normal flowing text is otherwise on each page with Page Headers and Page numbers. (See attached)

Can I ask Calibre to ignore the Vertical Lines for the margins and the Notes in those margins? I really just want the body of the text into Word with Page headers and footers.
Thx

What happens if you convert the PDF to DOCX with calibre's default settings?

What happens if you open the PDF in Word? To do that you'll need Word 2016, or maybe Word 2013, I skipped that one.

And, have you read the following stickies at the top of the Calibre->Conversion sub-forum ==>> Read this before Posting PDF Questions and How to ask a question about conversion problems

Reader DC can export to Word files (right side menus) . Did you see what that did?

Thx for the quick replies.
Sorry, I did not see the links before about raising questions.
I did try Acrobat DC and it was not very good for this file.
After some toing and froing Google docs is better atm for this particular file.
Thx for the suggestions.
