Recommended Solution or Ideas

Hello All, my first post.
I have been using Calibre with Moon+ Reader together for about 7 months. I highlight a lot of articles and books, within Moon Reader, that I then use later on my desktop or laptop inside OneNote. What I would love to have is this:

1: Highlight pdf in MR+
2: Sync so i can then access either on laptop or desktop with the highlights
3: Without copying back and forth all the time.

Is this possible, maybe sync with Calibre server?
