calibre-3.16.0 not working on my PC

Dear All

I just upgraded to calibre-3.16.0. My earlier version of calibre work fine. But now when I tried to open and ebook on my Pc, following message come

calibre, version 3.16.0
ERROR: Could not open e-book: Failed to read book, F:\BBDC\New Folder\BOOK\Original\Original_ (Right) (1)\Originalal.mobi click "Show Details" for more information

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages\calibre\utils\ipc\simple_worker.py", line 284, in main

Can somebody help me. I also request to Kovid also to help me.

Something (usually A/V) is interfering with your Temp folder access.

You could also try giving calibre a dedicated location for its temporary files, see CALIBRE_TEMP_DIR in the Environment variables section of the Calibre User Manual. Then you can exclude that specific directory from your AV's scanning activities.
