Calibre Server Subforum

The recently released calibre version 3 includes a much enhanced server feature. As a consequence the number of threads related to the server has jumped significantly, and they are scattered in various places (main calibre, related tools, library management etc).

So at DivingDuck's instigation and with Kovid's support I'm requesting that a new Server subforum be added to the Calibre forum.

I'll take on the task of moving any existing threads to the new subforum that warrant it.
