Add To Library
When I plugin my device there are a couple mobi formatted files that are not being marked (with the green check mark on the right) as in my library, however when I try to save them to the library I am notified they are already there. When I choose to save anyway it results in duplicates without the files being marked as in the library.

Any ideas?

There are many things that can cause that, you can always correct mismatches manually by right clicking the book int he device view and choosing "Match book to library"

This happens in some cases if the files are duplicated in the library.
