Lost my Android, need to re-purchase CC?

I left my android on a plane, so I bought a new one. I did not have a "system" backup.

Do I need to repurchase Calibre Companion?

No, assuming that on your new device you use the same Google Play account that you used for the old device.

If you have changed accounts then you need to deal with Google to get the purchased apps moved to the new account.
