Linking an application to a book format
calibre opens my PDF files in Preview and my RTF files in TextEdit. However, calibre does not have a third-party application assigned to books in the CHM format. I want to open CHM files in a dedicated CHM reader. How does one link an application to a format?

calibre uses whatever file associations are present in your operating system, so simply create the association there.
