Kobo Aura one lighting

I find Kobo Aura one illuminates some RGB colors down the screen which shows some blue, red, and green colors where RGB diode locates. Is it normal?

It may be normal. Answer the following questions. Then try the suggestion at the end.
Are you seeing them all the time? Do you have it on bright in a dark room? Are you near-sighted?
If the answer to any or all of the above questions is yes, try turning down the brightness. It could possibly help.
90% of the time seeing the colors is because the brightness is too high for the user.
There is no one standard for everyone. That is on all lighted devices.
Rule in our house is if you use the other one's devices, reset the light when you are finished.
