Exclamation Bug: "Polish books" fails to compress images other than cover
Ubuntu 17.04, Calibre 3.6.

More or less what it says on the tin. When polishing a book, only the cover gets losslessly compressed. All other images in the ebook are simply ignored. This wasn't Calibre's behavior in previous versions.

Lossless compression does work in the eBook editor.
